Special Bulk Pickup

Bulk Items

(not including metal or construction material)

Large items such as furniture, carpeting and padding, bundled wood, toys, mattresses, etc., that will not fit into a container will be collected on your regular trash day with a LIMIT of TWO bundles or items in any one pickup and can not exceed 75lbs.

Refrigerators, Freezers, De-Humidifiers, Air-Conditioners
collected by APPOINTMENT every Wednesday for a $10 charge, (non-refundable).  Payment (cash or check) to be made in the Municipal Clerk’s office (698-0080 ext 174) no later than Tuesday at noon .

 TV’s Computers, Monitors and Printers and all small appliances

Picked up every Friday.  Call 609-698-0080 ext 120 to schedule.

Propane Tanks, Tires, Auto & Boat Batteries :

Picked up each Friday.    Propane = $5.00 -Tires- must be off rim – $3.00 each, Items must be paid in the Municipal Clerks Office-Monday thru Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM. (Fee’s paid are non-refundable)

Boat and Auto Batteries  will be collected curbside by appointment, call Public Works at 609-698-0080 x120 to schedule pick up.

Used Motor Oil

can be dropped off at the Public Works Garage Monday through Friday  6:30am – 2:30p.m. Please see Public Works employee before disposing of oil.

Rechargeable Batteries

drop off at Town Hall (only recycle rechargeable & button cell type batteries, all others are trash.)

Phone Books – May be disposed of with recycling items on your scheduled recycling day.

Hot Water Heaters, Furnaces, Shed

Will be collected once a week by appointment. The replacement of these items requires a permit and will not be collected unless a permit is visible in the window of the residence – for pickup call Meadowbrook Industries 732-774-0404.  Permits are obtained at Township Building Department ext 153.

Vial of Life Project

We proudly offer Vial of Life decals to our community for free. We feel that the Vial of Life Project is a most important program for protecting seniors and others in need.

We would like to thank American Senior Safety Medical Alarm Systems for donating these kits to our organization.
