SMALL AMERICAN FLAG OR WINDSOCK WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ALL PARTICIPANTS TO IDENTIFY THEM AS PART OF THE SALE. NO SIGNS CAN BE PLACED ON TELEPHONE POLES
