Mother Son Bowling March 1

Women’s History Tea March 15
Program will be held at the Barnegat Library. This event is free however participants must call 698-3331 to pre-registrer for the event.
Bunny Breakfast April 12
Cost is $8 for adults and children; 2 and under are free. Tickets go on sale in the recreation office on March 3rd. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Program begins at 9am in the recreation center.

Princess Party May 17
Layla Marie Princess Playtime will entertain her princesses. Royal Attire required. Come dressed in your favorite princess. Nail painting, games, crafts, cupcake decorating edible wands making. Tea, cakes and other yummy treats will be served.
Township of Ocean Founders Day May 24
This event will be held at the Priff Elementary School located at 139 Wells Mills Rd/Route 532 in Waretown. The event will be held from 9-3pm. The days events features a cupcake decorating contest, cupcake eating contest, crafters’, food vendors, live bands, educational booths, K-9 demo and free children’s rides. The event will be capped off by a hugh fireworks display will commence at 8:45pm at the end of Bryant Rd. Anyone wishing to participate in this event is asked to call the recreation office 698-0080 x122 (vendors are needed $25…food vendors are $100… non profit groups are free)
Special Memorial Day Concerts May 24/25
Featuring ReUnited and the Hi-Fives. The concerts will begin at 7pm at the Barnegat Public Dock. In the event of rain all 2013 concerts will be moved into the Brackman Middle School with doors opening at 6:30pm
Kids Fish and Krab Kontest June 7
The Contest is open to all children ages 4-12. Participants must bring their own bait and tackle. Prizes will be awarded. All participants will receive a t-shirt and a snack. Registration begins at 8:30am at the Public Dock
