Approval for Friends of the Cox House for the use of the Cox House grounds on Pirates Day, September 12, 2009 for a Treasure Chest Sale and House Tour

Approval for the Democratic Club to reschedule their tea for September 19th or 26th, 2009. The proceeds from this tea would raise money for a scholarship

Approval for Friends of the Cox House for the use of the Cox House on October 10, 2009 for Captain William Cox’s Treasure Chest Sale and House Tour
