Transportation Assistance Program
The Barnegat Transportation service is designed to assist Barnegat Township residents who have a limited means of transportation to attend medical appointments or necessary light shopping within Barnegat and Manahawkin.
Curb-to-curb transportation is provided. You MUST call in advance for a reservation NO LATER THAN 12 NOON the business day prior to requested service, and leave the following information on the 24-hour automated answering service: name, telephone number, address of pick-up, complete destination address, appointment time, date and the type of mobility device used it needed.
