Explanation: Amendments made to existing cell tower ordinance needed to establish specific standards for the siting of wireless communication towers, antennae and supporting structures.

Ordinance 2009-32
Ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 55 of the Township Code Entitled “Land Use” to include a new subsection providing for enforcement of conditions in resolutions approving development applications
Explanation: Construction Official or Zoning Office of the Township shall determine that any condition in a resolution or court order approving an application for development is being violated, he/she shall notify property owner, in writing, and order that the violation be corrected within 30 days of the notice.
